If you open a PDF document in-browser (.pdf ending in the URL), you can use the extension to read from it just like any other webpage.
Click play or activate the reading through the hotkeys or Read Selection.
If there are any problems with reading directly from the browser, try downloading the PDF and upload it directly to NaturalReader Online to read from it.
