Accounts

Account Registration:

To register for a NaturalReader account, users can sign-up here. We will then send you an email containing a link you must visit to verify and activate your account. After verification is complete, you will now have a NaturalReader account with a free WebReader plan included. This account can also be used to access our Online and Commercial products.

Account Activation:

To activate a newly created account, please check your email and click on the link sent to you. The link will verify your account and allow you to proceed with your login. Be sure to also check your junk folder for your verification email as well.

Edit Profile:

You can change your password and nickname in the Profile section of the WebReader management panel. Click on the ‘Profile’ link from the sidebar menu and fill in the fields with your wanted changes.


Teams:

WebReader Pro and Organization accounts have access to team functionality. Account creators are allowed to invite up to 20 users to collaborate, modify, and create WebReader widgets.


Invite to team:

To invite collaborators to your team, open the WebReader management panel and click on the ‘Team’ link from the sidebar menu. Once on the team page, insert the email of the user you would like to invite into the field, and click send. The invited user does not have to have an account to be invited, and they will be guided through the account creation process after accessing the invite link from the email.


Roles:

Collaborators have a separate role from the account creator:

  • Collaborators: Users
  • Account Creator: Administrator


These roles limit the collaborators from inviting/deleting other team members, and from accessing the account creator's billing information. Only the Administrator may cancel or upgrade plans, update card information, or view any other sensitive information related to billing.


Delete a team member (Administrator):

To delete a team member, open the WebReader management panel and click on the ‘Team’ link from the sidebar menu. Once on the team page, find the user you would like to remove from the team list, and click the x by their name.


Leave a team (Collaborator):

If you wish to leave a team as a team member, open the WebReader management panel and click on the ‘Team’ link from the sidebar menu. Once on the team page, click on the ‘Leave team’ button by your name in the team list, and this will remove your team access.

Having problems verifying email address?

First,  check if the verification code email was sent to your junk or spam folder. You may also try logging in again to trigger a new one to be sent. The verification codes expire after 1 hour so use the most recent one sent to you.

If the email still is not received after 20 minutes, please contact us through our website’s help system (click on the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner) with your purchase email and we will help you complete the verification process.
