Before accessing NaturalReader Commercial, you will need to first register an account here. We will then send you an email containing a link you must visit to verify and activate your account. After verification is complete, you will now have a NaturalReader account with a free WebReader plan included. This account can also be used to access NR Online, NR Commercial, WebReader, and the Chrome extension.
To activate a newly created account, please check your email and click on the link sent to you. The link will verify your account and allow you to proceed with your login. Be sure to also check your junk folder for your verification email as well.
You can change your password and nickname in the My Profile section of the Commercial application. Click on 'My Profile' link from the sidebar menu and fill in the fields with your wanted changes.
Users (the 'agent') with the Team License may invite up to 3 additional Team Members to access and use NaturalReader Commercial with paid access. Team Members must register their own NaturalReader accounts prior to access. Libraries and content are not synced between Team Members. The Agent may delete and invite Team Members as needed.
To invite Team Members to NaturalReader Commercial, the agent (the subscription holder) must login and select 'Membership' from the side panel. Enter the email address to the field and click 'Invite'.
The invited Team Members must click on the 'Accept' button from the invitation email they will receive (if they don't, check the junk folder first before contacting us). The invited user does not have to have an account to be invited, and they will be guided through the account creation process after accessing the invite link from the email.
To delete a Team Member, login and select 'Membership' from the side panel. Find the user you would like to remove from the team list, and click the x by their name.
If you wish to leave a team, login and select 'Membership' from the side panel. Once on the team page, click on the ‘Leave team’ button by your name in the team list, and this will remove your team access.
Having problems verifying email address?
First, check if the verification code email was sent to your junk or spam folder. You may also try logging in again to trigger a new one to be sent. The verification codes expire after 1 hour so use the most recent one sent to you.
If the email still is not received after 20 minutes, please contact us through our website’s help system (click on the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner) with your purchase email and we will help you complete the verification process.
