Quick Start

The NaturalReader Commercial version allows you to redistribute the generated audio files. This means that you can use audio files in YouTube videos, e-Learning modules, public announcements or broadcasts, or any other such business, public, or commercial purposes.

Let’s go over the basics to help you get started preparing your audio files. After logging in, you will land on the Library page. You can read more information and details about using the Library here.

Before converting, you need to start with a Project. By default, your account will have a Project created already called “My First Project”. You can see what Project you have opened in the top-right corner.

Click on this drop-down menu to change, edit, or create a Project.

Next is to add Files to your project, which is made up of the text you will be using to convert to audio. If hidden, click on ☰ to open the left side panel and select Add File > Create New File.

In the Create New window, type or paste your text in here and select a voice and speed. When this is done, click on ‘Next’. To learn more about creating and managing Files, please see our page on Project & File Management.

Now as you enter the Reader Editor, you can review your text and adjust the voice or speed settings. More details on the Reader Editor can be found here. When you are satisfied, click on ‘Download’, select your download settings, and hit ‘Start’ to convert. The audio will be saved to your computer’s default Downloads folder.
